By purchasing this package we will transfer your ranks manually from your old Minecraft account to your new Minecraft account.

To transfer your rank, you have to open a ticket in minemalia.com/discord.

In the ticket you should state

1. Your old username
2. Your new username
3. Your ranks per gamemode and how you got the rank, so for example:
   • Survival lime - Boss - Obtained through voucher
   • Factions - Commander - Bought myself on store
   • Bedwars - MVP - Gifted by someone else through store

After you submitted this information in a ticket, we will try to transfer the ranks within 24 hours after receiving the payment.

After submitting the information through a ticket, transfer your inventory/enderchest/playervault items to your new account and any island leadership in skyblock/oneblock yourself.
